These terms and conditions are a set of Agreement that is set forth before you to abide by the rules to use the application. Through this you can customize and reliably use this application, its products and services provided us.
 

​Prank or False Reporting/Call
Prank or False Reprinting or Call from the APP is a crime. APP will send emergency alert to the law enforcement with your information. All reports will be consider as the real and serious report submitted by you from this APP. We are liable to provide your information to the law enforcement for legal purpose in case of Fake or Prank Reporting.
If you want to test this APP, you must need to turn on “Test Mode” from APP testing.
 

Account and Membership
You must be at the age of 18 years. You warrant by clicking “I accept” that you are at least 18 years. You are fully responsible for the activities that occur under the account that is created by you before using the application. All actions will at your own risk if you provide any false information.

We don’t guarantee if your information is not correct.  You must notify us in case you are feeling security breach and any inconsistency or not meet your criteria. Providing false detail or any ambiguous data doesn’t guarantee the correct use of the application. We may cancel or disable your account if found any violation by you regarding the application.

Your e-mail may not be re-registered again if we found any contravention by you and your internet protocol and email will be blocked.

911
We do not have any affiliate with 911, Repo man App will not any alert or share user location to 911, By pressing 911, App will automatically move to mobile dialer. 
App will send emergency alerts on those numbers which is added by the user in Emergency contact list.

User Content:

In the course of using this application, we don’t own any data provided by you. You are solely responsible to right to use of all content submitted .unless specifically permitted by, your use of the Mobile application does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by you or stored in your user account for any similar purpose. But you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, display and perform the content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Adult Content:

If we found anyone using the application under the age of 18 years you may not access the content. Where there is mature or adult content, an individual who is less than 18 years are not permitted to access such content. Certain areas of the application may not be available to children under 18 under any circumstances.

Specifications:

Your phone must of “Andriod Version 5.1 or plus”. This application needs to provide the correct location. So the Accuracy of GPS is required. You must have an internet connection either Mobile data or Wifi. To have the correct use of services you must be an adult. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any omission by you. Integrity, quality, accuracy, legality, and reliability of the application will be at your stack.

Backups:

We are not responsible for content residing in the Application. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of content .it is solely your responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your content. We may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when you have backed up data.

Advertisements:

We shall have no obligation or responsibility for any advertisement and any agreement or promotions between you and the third party. Prohibited Use:

In addition to these terms of the agreement, you are prohibited to use this mobile application for any unlawful purpose.

Contents of the application cannot be used for misleading or intriguing any national or international laws. You are supposed to take care not to use this application for falsifications, to collect or track other person’s information, to interfere with the services of other mobile applications. We hold the right to terminate your service or use of the application for violating the rules.

Changes and Modifications:We reserve the right to modify this agreement or its policies upon any updated version of the application. Continued use of application may serve as a link to choose the updation upon your consent.

Acceptance of its terms:

You acknowledge that you have read all the terms and conditions of the application. By using it you are bound to all the rules of this application. If you are not abiding by the terms of the application, you will not be authorized to use the application at any cost.
